  • Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/3 cup frozen sea-buckthorn berries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 ice cubes
  1. Instructions
  2. In a blender, combine the fruits with honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Cover and blend for about 1 minute.
  4. Add ice cubes, and blend until it is well smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
