Chocolate & Butter Cookies

  • Icing sugar 200g
  • Butter 200g
  • Flour 240g
  • Egg 160g
  • Nougat 100g
  • Cocoa powder 90g
  • Pistachios (chopped)
  • White chocolate
  1. Instructions
  2. Whip the soft butter into a large bowl
  3. Add the icing sugar
  4. Add eggs in this bowl and mix it until you have a smooth batter
  5. Add the cocoa powder and sifted flour into this bowl
  6. Mix slowly by using a spatula
  7. Fill your piping bag with batter & pipe out 5 cm bars into the baking sheet with a baking paper
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 180°C
  9. Warm the nougat on a double boiler or in a microwave. Then, you set it aside until you see it firmed enough for piping
  10. After baking, you should let your cookies cool down & sort them into the pairs of the same size
  11. Dip the chocolate bars in coating chocolate & chopped pistachios
