Creamy Avocado Hummus

  • Ingredients
  • 1 15oz (425g) Can Chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce*
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Sprinkle Sea Salt
  • Sprinkle Black Pepper
  • 2 Medium Avocado (or 1 Large)
  1. Instructions
  2. Drain the chickpeas well and place them into the food processor.
  3. Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Peel and remove the seeds from the avocados, cut up into pieces and add to the food processor.
  6. Process until smooth.
  7. Serve with fresh veggies or tortilla chips as a dip or spread it on bread or toast for a delicious spread.
