Curried Parmesan Fish Fingers

  • Ingredients
  • 1 fish
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 500 gms Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 gms maida
  • 250 gms bread crumbs
  • 250 ml oil
  • Salt
  1. Instructions
  2. Cut fish into finger size & marinate it with lemon juice, salt, garlic cloves, green chillies, basil leaves & curry powder.
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese & chopped basil leaves to a plate of bread crumbs.
  4. Dip marinated fish in maida, bread crumbs & lightly beaten eggs.
  5. Deep fry it in hot oil.
  6. Serve it hot with a lemon piece, garnished with basil leaves.
