  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoon applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  1. Instructions
  2. Preheat the oven to 350*.
  3. Mash the bananas and add to a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in the eggs and whisk until frothy.
  5. Mix in the peanut butter, vanilla, and applesauce.
  6. Add the baking soda, baking powder, gluten free flour, almond flour, sugar, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350* for 45-55 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 min before slicing. Enjoy!
