Greek yogurt chocolate hazelnut mousse is a delicious and healthy alternative to ice cream. Finish that dinner part without a guilty conscience!

  • Ingredients
  • 1.75 cups Greek yogurt Metric 400 grams
  • 1/2 cup milk Metric 200 ml
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips Metric 100 grams
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts Metric 75 grams
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 strawberries to garnish
  1. Instructions
  2. First, gather all of the ingredients together.
  3. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat slowly. Do not boil.
  4. Once the milk us starting to heat add the chocolate chips and melt. Keep stirring all of the time and do not boil the milk. Once the chocolate has melted transfer to a mixing bowl and set the mixture aside for 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes add the Greek yoghurt, honey, vanilla essence and chopped hazelnuts.
  6. Mix all of the ingredients together making sure there are no lumps.
  7. Once fully mixed pour into ramekins or small coffee cups, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or until set.
