Morning vegan juice

  • Ingredients
  • 2 celery stalk
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • a bunch of fresh spinach leaves
  • a bunch of fresh mint
  1. Instructions
  2. Put celery, cucumber, apple, ginger and half a glass of water into your blender.
  3. Pulse until creamy and liquefied.
  4. Add in spinach and fresh mint and pulse until smooth.
  5. Pour through a strainer if necessary and drink straight away.
