  • Ingredients
  • 1 (12-16 OZ) package Smoked Sausage, cut into thin round slices
  • 8 oz Bowtie pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 TBSP Minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP Cajun Seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  1. Instructions
  2. In a large skillet, saute the sausage slices until crispy and browned around the edges.
  3. Add the garlic just as the sausage is browning, and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the cream and cajun seasoning to the skillet with the sausage, stirring until the seasoning and cream are blended.
  5. Bring the cream mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the cream mixture starts the thicken.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the parmesan.
  7. Add the pasta to the pan and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
