  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (25g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120g) pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 banana, cut into pieces and frozen
  • 1 tbsp (20g) honey
  • 3/4 cup (175g) yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120g) milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
  • 6 ice cubes
  1. Instructions
  2. Place oats in the bowl of the blender and blend for about 30 seconds until finely chopped.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into individual glasses and sprinkle the tops with some cinnamon. Serve immediately.
