Pumpkin seeds and Cranberry Bread

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  1. Instructions
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl combine flours, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Add egg, honey, and milk and stir to combine. Mix in dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
  4. Pour battre into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
