Rosemary lemonade

  • Ingredients
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small bunch fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1L (4 cups) boiling water
  • Honey, to taste
  1. Instructions
  2. Use a zester to remove the rind from lemon.
  3. Place lemon rind and rosemary in a teapot and pour over the boiling water.
  4. Set aside for 5 minutes to infuse. Strain evenly among serving glasses.
  5. Serve immediately with honey, if desired.
