  • ¾ cup (175 mL) milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) flour
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) baking powder
  • 8 tsp (40 mL) sugar
  • 2 eggs

  3. Pour the batter onto a greased Executive Nonstick Griddle. When the batter starts to bubble, turn the pancakes over and heat until both sides are lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
