Soy Sauce Glazed Mushrooms

  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8-oz. package sliced, white mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and continue to stir for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, stirring until liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.
