Vegan Coffee Smoothie

- 1 14oz (400ml) Can Lite Coconut Milk*
- 3 Frozen Bananas (~10.5oz/300g) – (previously peeled, broken into quarters and frozen for at least 12 hours)
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
- 4 tsp Instant Espresso Powder*
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or any syrup)
- Add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, almond butter, instant espresso powder and maple syrup into your blender jug and blend until smooth.
- Pour out into two glasses and serve.
