Vegan Coffee Smoothie

  • Ingredients
  • 1 14oz (400ml) Can Lite Coconut Milk*
  • 3 Frozen Bananas (~10.5oz/300g) – (previously peeled, broken into quarters and frozen for at least 12 hours)
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
  • 4 tsp Instant Espresso Powder*
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or any syrup)

  2. Add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, almond butter, instant espresso powder and maple syrup into your blender jug and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour out into two glasses and serve.
