Yellow Poppyseed Cake

- 15.25-oz. box yellow cake mix
- 5.1-oz. package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 8 egg whites
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a bundt pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Serve with frosting or glaze, if desired.
